After completing the technical development of SeaGarden houses, the approval negotiations with the Croatian government are now in its final phase. The management of Croativity is anxious to offer interrested parties top destinations in Croatia as soon as possible.
Current locations in Istria (Marcana / Rabac / Barban) and Dalmatia ( Skradin) are already pending for approval by the croatian government.
The realization of all destination facilities and buildings is only started after the government has permitted the desired usage szenarios. Thus we can offer investors and users legally secured usage rights for the bay, the sea area as well as for the SeaGarden houses and apartments.
