An important decision has been made:
Even the base modules of every SeaGarden house will be operational without any infrastructual connections or other requirements! This means that there are no ecological factors that must be considered while choosing the perfect location for  a SeaGarden house!
After an intensive development phase and contacts with administrative institutions Croativity made clear that the SeaGarden houses will be completely self-sustaining and on the highest ecological niveau.


  • Energy supply using photovoltaics and rechargable batteries (for up to 5 separate households and a year-long usage.)

  • Water supply by desalting sea water and keeping that water in a closed circuit with an integrated cleaing facility.

  • Wastewater cleaining in a highly efficient technical / biological system on every single house. 

In this way, Seagarden houses can be easily constructed and operated in untouched bays without any infrastructual connections.

The ecological balance is ensured by the abandonment of all fossil combustibles and the high-quality wastewater cleaing system!
